This form is for vets and clinic staff get help with our Ambra image platform, submitting a case, finding images, or seeking the status of a report. Please use the “make an appointment” button above in the top right corner of this page if you need to refer a client to us.

Are you a new client? We will need some information to set up your portal account with Ambra, our cloud-based PACS system. This process usually takes 24 hours but we can receive your images in other ways if it’s an emergency. Please call our front desk and they can help (512)-688-9404.
