Houston Sonocamp, an intensive 2-day ultrasound training for DVMs

Taught by board-certified veterinary radiologist, Jaime Sage, this course covers the foundational elements of diagnostic ultrasound for general practitioners.

Dr. Sage draws from her experience a high daily volume of ultrasound cases at her imaging centers in Salt Lake City, Round Rock, and Houston. She also oversees a traditional academic 3-year ACVR accredited radiology residency where ultrasound is a key part of the curriculum.

In this two-day in-person training course, attendees will build confidence in locating normal anatomy, and distinguishing common pathologies and disease processes in canines and felines. The ultimate desired outcome of this course is for our students to complete more in-house ultrasounds within their own clinics, and to know when they should refer for advanced cross-sectional imaging, speeding up time to diagnosis and treatment for their patients.

• A fully equipped wet lab, sponsored by our partners at Samsung

• Hands on with the latest and highest quality Ultrasound systems available today

• 8 RACE CE Credits over two days

• 100% live and in-person with Drs. Sage and Casey

• Build strong diagnostic confidence in abdominal Ultrasound for common cases you see in your clinic every day

• Complete a greater range of ultrasounds in your own clinic and know when to refer for cross-sectional imaging

• 5 free US reads for students who complete the course

• Tuition: $2,500

• Dates: TBD
